ELECTRIC FENCE COC · CRADLESTONE MALL
Questions before you book.
Practical answers for owners, sellers and property managers.
Is a night-market booking authority for fence work?+
No. Event participation and technical work involve different instructions. Confirm the responsible installation owner or manager and the scope of any fence assessment.
Can the visit be booked as soon as the retail shops close?+
Confirm the actual activities and access arrangements first. The centre publishes varied trading hours, and some surrounding areas may remain occupied.
Do public parking arrangements guarantee a clear inspection route?+
No. Ask management about the specific area and time. General parking availability does not establish that an entire boundary can be reached safely.
What if a temporary event blocks part of the installation?+
Tell Wesslink before attendance and arrange an alternative time or authorised access plan. Do not leave the blocked section out of the description of the work.
Is your electric fence alarming outside normal shopping hours?+
Give centre management the alarm times and location. For electric fence fault finding, we need access to the equipment and a safe working area. Mention late-trading restaurants or event activity that affects the visit.
Who can issue an electric fence certificate of compliance?+
A registered electric fence system installer may issue an electric fence compliance certificate after the required inspection and testing. An ordinary electrical COC is a separate document.
Will the inspection fee include repairs?+
Ask for the inspection, any repairs and any return visit to be itemised in the quote. The work required depends on what is found; a price should not assume that the fence will pass before it has been inspected.
